BBB F Rating

The BBB (Better Business Bureau) has an F rating on Mirina Collections, and they are not an accredited business. As soon as you pull up their company report, it states "There is an alert on Mirina Collections!" in bold red letters.

Mirina Collections has either not applied to be accredited, or doesn't meet standards. If they were accredited, they'd have to be good at resolving customer complaints, and considering they just threaten or block you, that's not going to happen. And they might have to pay a fee? Yeah I don't see them doing that either. But wouldn't a good, decent business WANT to be accredited? Or at least care about the customer complaints and their F rating? NOPE! You can go to the BBB website and search Mirina Collections yourself, all reports are available online for the public to read. You can also see that on Feb 1, 2016 the BBB reached out to Mirina Collections to rectify some customer complaints, and they are still awaiting a response from Mirina. Today is March 11...it's been over a month and Mirina will not give voluntary cooperation.

As stated on the BBB website, "To be accredited by BBB, a business must apply for accreditation and BBB must determine that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public."
